1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8z777 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the 8z777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 8z777 platform.

These Terms are effective as of the date they are published. 8z777 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. 3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming on 8z777, you must register a player account. Registration requires a valid mobile number and a password of your choice. You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. The following account rules apply.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 8z777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the 8z777 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on your account.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though 8z777 reserves the right to apply limits on a case-by-case basis at its discretion.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 8z777 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests for standard accounts are processed within 24 hours of submission during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• 8z777 will not process withdrawals to a third party or to a payment method not previously used for a deposit on the same account. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• 8z777 may withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Players must provide valid government-issued identification upon request. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of request may result in account suspension.
• 8z777 is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal delivery caused by the player's payment provider, network congestion, or banking maintenance periods beyond our reasonable control.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

8z777 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your 8z777 account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• 8z777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed, and to modify the terms of an ongoing promotion with reasonable notice where circumstances require.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players to exploit bonus structures, or using automated tools to place bonus wagers — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game(s) specified in the promotion terms. Any winnings derived from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement applicable to that promotion.
• Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only and cannot be claimed more than once per player regardless of the number of accounts a player attempts to open.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8z777 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and may face forfeiture of all funds, bonuses, and winnings held in the account at the time of suspension.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to give an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to card counting software, auto-clicker programs, or odds calculation tools that interact directly with the game interface.
• Colluding with other players or coordinating bets in any game where player interaction may influence the outcome, including poker variants, live game shows, or sports betting syndicate activity.

8. Responsible Gaming

8z777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly within their account settings.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Time-out periods: Players may request a temporary break from gaming of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out period the account remains open but no deposits or gameplay are permitted.

10. Amendments to These Terms

8z777 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 8z777 will notify registered players via the contact information held on their account (typically the registered mobile number) or by displaying a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Minor clarifications or corrections may be applied without advance notice.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 8z777 does not make any representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Accessing the platform from territories where online gaming is prohibited is done entirely at the player's own risk and initiative.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 8z777, the player should first contact 8z777 support at [email protected], providing a clear written description of the dispute, the date(s) on which the events giving rise to the dispute occurred, and the remedy sought. 8z777 will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within 10 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). 8z777's decision on any dispute is final, subject only to the player's right to seek independent legal advice.
